Thank you for considering All Out Events to make your next party extra special! In order to maintain a quality service, we ask that all our clients review our policies before their next event.
1) Payment Policy:
In order for your event to be completely booked, All Out Events MTL must receive a full payment of the cost of your rental. The renter has seven days to make payment from the time that they receive the event rental estimate, or by the day of the event, whichever comes first. If the payment is not received by the seven day limit, the requested booking date is no longer reserved and may be become available to other renters.
*A payment plan may be agreed upon between the renter and All Out Events MTL, at our own discretion or at the request of the renter.
2) Cancellation Policy:
If you must cancel your rental, you must do so minimum 7 days prior to the booking date of your event. Events cancelled 7 or more days in advance are eligible for a full refund of the total cost of the rental. Any rental cancelled under 7 days is only eligible for a 50% refund of the cost of the rental services.
3) Rescheduled events:
It is possible to reschedule your event within the availability of the required equipment. Rescheduled events will not incur any additional costs or refunds. Should All Out Events MTL and the client not be able to find a date that is available, the cancellation policy will come into affect as detailed.
4) Social Media Policy:
At times, All Out Events MTL may share photos of our equipment at your event on our social media pages. Some of these photos may consist of the setup of our equipment and candid photos of guests using our equipment. Should the renter not feel comfortable with this, we ask that you reach out to us and we will respect your wishes should you chose not to have any photos shared.
